The staff are warm, efficient, friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet (in an otherwise noisy little town). Breakfast was very nice. Pancakes. Italian ham. Fresh strawberries ! Very accomodating for cyclists. Flers is not a recommended tourist destination. I do not recommend it either (I needed a train).

Clean pleasant hotel, friendly staff. The loft family room was fun. I liked that we could open and sleep with open windows. Too many hotels do have this.

Central location; Free on-site car parking, immaculately clean, Very friendly and helpful staff, Very good breakfast, Powerful, easy-to-use shower, Overall excellent value.

Really nice comfy bed it was really nice to sleep in, and the shower was exceptional. It was better than having a bath. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had for them.

Family room modern and comfortable. Great shower. We had a last minute stay visiting a relative in Fleur hospital.

Very convenient for me as I arrived by train from París and the station is nearby. The propriator was very helpful and gave me an access code to get in....which was very easy. The breakfast was excellent ...good coffee and a great choice of food to choose from

Very nice place, very quiet and clean. The people were very nice. The breakfast was good enough. I liked everything in general.

Clean, nice touches including decor, the shutters, kettle and mini cakes. Would absolutely stay again.
